I have been plagued by lower back and hip injuries from running. I bought the set with belt, armbells and foot wraps. I’ve been deep end pool running for about a month now and love this set. I do my speed and tempo runs in the pool (20 sets of one minute repeats or a longer tempo), plus an ab workout. A Speedo MP3 Aquabeat helps with the tedium. All in all, I love my workout and feel good enough that I can do my long run on land without injury. I am back to running again because of the Aquajogger.
The set comes with a good DVD showing you how to use it but what’s missing is how long and/or ideas for workouts. An Internet search takes you to several athlete’s blogs, which have great ideas for workouts.

Summer’s heat and humidity, and a running injury took it’s toll on my workouts. I found the Aquajogger to be a great alternative! It’s very easy to use, comes with a small booklet that instructs on exercises that you can use for toning. I got the combo pack with the dumbbells and resistance booties. I can do a 60-90 minute workout without any pain or heat issues. Just be prepared–people will constantly be asking you about it while you’re working out!
