	This does not work at ALL!!! I tried it for a while and had to send it back to the supplier. Going to the gym and doing preacher curls works a hell of a lot better than this junk. DO NOT BUY you are getting ripped off Rating:

	i love it. strong and sturdy doesn’t bend when i load up the bar and put pressure on it. easy to put on and off for super sets etc. highly recommend. good for beginner, intermediate or advanced bodybuilder. Rating:
