This product was ordered as a Christmas gift, so I really cannot rate it. I will, however, rate the delivery service as VERY BAD.
It was delivered on time, but the box was DAMAGED. I found it on my front porch OPENED AND UNSEALED. The box inside was also open, but no items were missing. It was my impression that this product was brand new, but it looked as if it could have been used or returned. If I had paid for shipping — I would have DEMANDED a refund!

Despite this item not being the original Bosu trainer, I am using it.
My problem is that it never came with any instruction booklet; DVD or anything else that was promised.

Excellent exercise equipment which was introduced by my physical therapist. It has improved my physical condition. I applaud the product!!!!

This product has worked well for me. Built well, pump works great. I have used it with my two sons who are 13 and 11 and it has done well. Very good value for the money.
