Colorful Items went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my recent purchase of the Crazy Fit Massager. When I initially received it, I was unable to remove the bolts in the base despite all of my best efforts. I sent them pictures and they offered to ship me a second base and included pictures of the bolts removed. After waiting a week or so and not receiving the base, I contacted them again and they owned up to the fact that something had been damaged during the shipping process and hence it was never received on my end. They then offered to resend the base, however upon it arriving and getting all of the pieces together, I was disappointed to find that the wire at the base of the unit was frayed and hence the machine still wouldn’t work. Finally, I took the original base to my mechanic who had heavier duty equipment than was in my tool kit, and finally, after two months of anticipation, I have the working product all together!
It’s always frustrating when you order something offline and it doesn’t live up to your expectations, or arrives damaged, etc. Colorful Items was extremely generous in offering to ship a replacement base and even paid for a return label so the defective base could be returned to them free of charge. They were always very sincere, honest and quick to respond via email and despite the frustrations of the entire situation, remained extremely professional and willing to do whatever it took to make this purchase work for me. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I experienced with this company and although the product itself was a bit of a hassle, I’m glad that with their help, I am finally able to enjoy it!

This is a lovely way to do isametrics. Get on machine, choose program, and hang on. The timer is nice, the grandkids loved it. I use it twice a day and feel thinner. If I am tired it energizes me and I need less sleep. The increased circulation has helped my toe. Thanks+

when my machine arrived it looked like it had been through a war. the box had huge holes in it and looked like it had been crushed. it was being held together by a few pieces of tape someone had slapped on it, we got the machine together despite the fact that there was no manual included. one of the foot cushions was crushed and broken. i emailed the seller several times before i heard from him. he wanted me to send him pictures of the broken part.i took pictures of the broken part and the good part so he could see what was broken still i did not hear from him. i had to email him again and again i waited. a few weeks later he sent an email to say he had mailed the new part. i am sad to say that months after the purchase i ” STILL DO NOT HAVE THE REPLACEMENT PART”!!!!!!!! I would not recommend buying from this seller, unless you love frustration and headaches.

I am 65, and have always had knee problems. The way my knee caps click in and out almost made a sports medicine MD ill. An orthopedic surgeon said he could do nothing for me.
I bought this machine, and have been using it every day for about a month so far. My knees are stronger, and I have less pain. Also the rest of me seems to be in better shape. I am a happy customer!
I wish the instruction manual (for the exercises) could be a bit better, but I have found a series of exercises on the Web.
My main other exercise is walking. After about a 2 mile walk yesterday, my knees and lower back hurt quite a bit. After a session on the machine, the pain lessened, and soon went away.
