The bands are good so far, but it appears form the material that they will not maintain their elasticity to long- meaning that I can’t see them being as tight as they are nwo for longer then 1 year. I am a big fan of resistance excercises which these bands are great for, alogn with the ability to quickly go from one excercise to the next, however this is not the best equipment if you want something that will last a long time.

I opted for these bands over the cheaper ones out there because I thought these would be higher quality. After trying them twice I decided to return them and try another brand. The quality of the bands seem good but my main problem was with the handles. It is basically a little PVC pipe over some flat rope (for a lack of a better word). When I was using it the PVC pipe from the handle was not very long so my hand would scrape against the rope everything time I went up and down.

They are good bands but I was hoping the larger bands would offer more resistance for my P90X workouts. You can use two bands at once to get there, but grabbing two handles at once is a bit cumbersome. They are good quality bands though, and the delivery was fast, two days to my door step.

These cords are doing what I wanted them to do. They are great for keeping muscles toned and convenient. The only thing I would have liked was a heavier weight cord.

They seem to get the job done. Not really too much that can go wrong with these – save for breaking out of the box. Exercise “guide” is more of a little pamphlet with about eight exercises on it – not really useful. But that’s okay – lots of resources are available elsewhere.
