i really like the work out but you can not tryto go too fast when walking/ for the price it is good ,the pulley already broke on it. my husband is going to replace the pulley so i can continue to use it.

It is very stable and I love the handle (so many don't have one) but I wish the resistance would be adjustable. You can adjust how big the steps are (up and down distance) but you can't adjust the pressure and therefore it has bothered my knees a little and I had to take it pretty slow at first, only doing 5 minutes at a time but now I am up to 10 min. after about 10 times.

I've have the stepper for a little over a week and it has been working great! The machine is easily assembled and it takes up about as much space as my bookbag. I've been using it for about 30 mins a day and I already notice a difference in my legs, a great buy, fast shipping!

I bought this product after reading the overall good reviews, great price, and sturdy appearance. It was easy to assemble, and I liked the handle bar. Used it about 4 times a week for approximately 30 mins each time - sometimes 40 mins tops. I weigh far below the max recommended weight. About a month or so later, the cheap plastic pulley split in the middle a la a hamburger bun, as another reviewer commented. I called the 800/888 number, did not get a human being, and got no response. I emailed the address listed in the user's manual, got no response. Wash, rinse, and repeat. So eventually I gave up and bought a similar pulley at a home store and re-assembled it with that metal pulley. Well, the flimsy plastic cord that rests on the pulley snapped after a few more uses. Called/emailed again to no avail. Since then I've used some more Yankee ingenuity and have tried to rig up a number of replacement assemblies with different pulleys, coated and uncoated cables and swaging. Absolutely ridiculous - the amount of time and effort I've put into this thing is more than what I paid for it. I also noticed that when using it for more than about 25 minutes, the pneumatic pumps would "tire out" and give you a very reduced range of motion. Unless you're looking for a product to use for only about a month, buy elsewhere. Customer "service" was useless. On the good side, the frame itself seems sturdy, with a comfortable padded area at the top. Which will serve well to securely hold some hangers once the actual machine is rendered useless...
