BIKE CAME SHIPPED THROUGH AMAZON. JUST AS THE OTHER REVIEWS I HAD READ AND DISREGARDED, THE BIKE HAD BEEN DAMAGED IN SHIPPING. THE BOX WAS MUTILATED. I OPENED IT ANYWAY, HOPING IT WOULD BE FINE. THE BOX WAS SOAKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN DROPPED IN A PUDDLE AND IT CLEARLY STATED ON THE INSTRUCTIONS NOT TO GET WET. HAD A BIG HOLE THROUGH THE SIDE OF THE BOX. ANYWAY, OPENED BOX, TOOK EVERYTHING APART AND THE MAIN FRAME OF THE BIKE HAD A GIANT HOLE THROUGH IT. SO I HAD TO SHOVE EVERYTHING BACK IN THE BOX. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE? I DIDN’T HAVE TO DRAG THE 60LB+ PACKAGE TO UPS, THEY PICKED IT UP FOR ME. DON’T REALLY KNOW IF THE BIKE IS ANY GOOD, I GOT A REFUND. I CAN TELL YOU THAT I WON’T BE SHOPPING THROUGH AMAZON AGAIN ANY TIME SOON.

I did receive this item in a timely manner, but when I took it out of the box, one of the plastic sides was broken and cracked. (Pieces were broken out of the side.) I put the bike together to see if it would work. It worked, but made noises and it didn’t shift to a higher resistence. VERY dissapointed!!

Either I got the worst item ever assembled at this factory, or the 5 star reviewers own stock in the company. About half way through the assembly, the holes did not line up. Some of the bolts are still not all the way in under the seat. The seat and back are very cheaply made, and the lining is hanging out of the bottom. It took forever to level the bike. It is very noisy. I am not going to the trouble of taking the bike apart now and then trying to repackage it to send it back, so I will use it until I cannot stand it anymore and then I will donate it. Use your money wisely and buy a better bike. The only steal happening here is the theft of my time and money.

The exercise bike is excellent in design and seems to be of good workmanship, but unfortunately has already developed a noise when peddled that sounds like “something slipping” for lack of a better term. I have been to busy to call the company and ask about this. Dr. Sam Fadala over and out….

I purchased this “reconditioned” from Amazon. It was missing the ‘computer’(display)In it’s place there was only a cut wire. Did anyone even look at this before calling it ‘reconditioned’?
