This Lat machine is very well put together. The best thing about it is that not only is it a lat machine but it has a High and Low pulley. This enables you to do numerous other exercises. My only complaint is the absence of a weight stack that some other manufacturers provide as an option.

I am over 50, with a history of lifting free weights. I wanted something I could use in the home primarily for maintenance. I am using it 3 to 4 times a week.
I considered the cheaper product, but purchased this unit instead, after a more thoughtful look. There are a couple of things I liked over the cheaper units. The way the base of the unit contacts the floor, makes it very stable. I do not use a lot of heavy weight, but the unit is very quiet. The seat swivels out of the way, making it easy to move from a pull down movement to a seated row.
Actually, I cannot understand how they can offer and build a unit this well made for the price. I am very pleased so far. Bear in mind I have only used it 5 or 6 weeks.
