The Powertec WB-HR10 Workbench Half Rack provides a safe method of performing a variety of free weight exercises, from squats to shoulder presses to chin-ups. The Half Rack is equipped with a series of gravity-lock catches that support your barbell and weight plates. You can use the catches to hold the bar before performing an exercise, or you can use them as spotting catches should the weight prove too heavy. The lat tower provides a high/low pulley system ideal for back exercises, arm curls, and more, while the utility bench opens up the machine to bench presses, shoulder presses, and other upper body workouts.
