And it does now come with the best step DVD that Ive used, which is The Step with Gin Miller. As for the step itself, it is as close to perfect as any sports equipment I have ever used. I bought a few other steps that I saw at the local store. They were about $50 and each broke after about a year, which is not a fun experience in the middle of working out. So I decided to get the one that was actually in the Step Reebok video. It cost me about $90 at the time I got it four years ago and I have not had a single problem with it. I am going to buy another one just in case they stop making this step platform.
It is simple to use, to adjust and one very important thing about the surface. It has great traction, even when a person sweats on it it does not get slippier. The traction is still great and I have never felt safer with any other step platform, even the ones at the gym, than I have with this one. Spend the extra money, it is worth it.

This STEP is an excellent product, pure and simple! I had no trouble getting the “legs” to lock into place…
Once you step onto it, you can just feel the stability and durability. It is a very solidily built Step.
I highly reccomend it.

Love this step! Worth the investment. Solid, adjustable, easy to assemble and store. Borrowed a couple of the newer style steps, but this one is the best!
