I bought this bike based on the favorable reviews and I could not be more pleased with it. It was dead simple to assemble and it has the quality that you would expect in a much more expensive bike. It looks and feels like a precision machine, smooth and silent, and it takes up practically no room at all in my bedroom. For the price I doubt there is any competition for this bike whatsoever.
As to customer service, when I first set it up I thought it was missing a part, so I called the customer service number immediately. I was soon connected to a very pleasant woman, (apparently North American no less), and explained the situation. She sent out the missing part by mail and I received it within a few days. By then I realized that the part had been there after all and had just rolled under my bed.
For less than [...] bucks and free shipping you cannot go wrong.

This product met my expectations and then some. It’s great! Easy to use and very quiet. It’s lightweight enough to move from room to room. Everyone in the family uses it, and we like it so much that we bought one for my parents as well.

The bike is wonderful!!!! The package arrived the day after I ordered it and my husband and I were able to asssemble the bike in under an hour. As other reviewers have stated, the bike is incredibly quiet when in use. You get a great workout and are able to hear your iPod or TV without any problems. There are even six program levels dependent upon your fitness goals and the monitor displays your speed, distance, calories burned, time, etc. For $199, you could not ask for a better piece of exercise equipment. You will not be sorry you purchased this bike.

Love it. Very quiet and great in front of the TV. I do 20 minutes in the morning when my husband is sleeping and it doesn’t bother him. Very sturdy and even on the carpet stays firmly in place. It doesn’t have the cheapy looking some other does. The seat is wide and confortable. Give it a try, especially if you have the Prime delivery.

I have had this bike for about a month now. I have been very happy with it. Build quality is good. Resistance settings are more than enough for a good workout. Assembly was very easy. It is VERY quiet. For the price, I don;t think you could find a better bike.
