Bought this as a gift for my girlfriend. So far it is working great.

This stepper is only good for beginners. I bought this product because I already have a bike, treadmill and an elliptical and wanted to add a simple stepper to the mix, but this product is WEAK. My 3.5 year old can do the stepper at the highest resistance and still not be tired after 10 minutes. If the resistance would increase about 10 times then it would be a decent product, but it’s way too easy for me. I could do 50 jumping jacks and get a better workout than this. But like my first sentence said, if you are a beginner then it’s for you.

I LOVE this stepper. I did have to get my husband to put it together, but it didn’t take long. I wanted something that would give me a good cardio workout in 30 minutes. This works beautifully. It is smooth, quiet, can be adjusted for tension, and is a much sturdier product than I imagined for $100.

AAA Home Furniture Discounts lacks integrity should be avoided at all costs. I have dealt with hundreds of Sellers in the Amazon Marketplace and AAA Home Furniture Discounts is by far the worst. They misrepresented the product and refused to replace damaged parts, then taunted me and said they would win against any claim I might file. They are completely unprofessional and never even sent an order acknowledgment or shipping confirmation. DO NOT REINFORCE THIS BEHAVIOR!
