the product actually arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. as for the book, my wife enjoys it and we’ll see what happens in terms of baby or no baby.

I have read and followed this book like it is the ‘Bible’ and have been doing so for about a year. Still not pregnant and have ruled out every other possibility for infertility. I just don’t understand….

I was just wondering if this reviewer-Regina has ever had fertility problems?!

I have a medical research background and know the logistics of accurate data, but be put in the situation that you are told you have unexplained infertility and see if you won’t look to anything with any hope of help. Besides as obese as our nation is-maybe we should all consider the fertility diet.

I think it is a great step to take for everyone and I am excited about getting started for a healthier lifestyle. who knows I might get a baby out of the changes :-)

I definitely recommend this great book! The Fertility Diet provides healthy options and solutions for women who suffer from infertility. This is certainly a frustrating issue, and often times women would turn to either drugs or expensive fertility treatments, but this groundbreaking book reveals that by simply altering one’s diet, fertility can be improved!

Dr. Chavarro and Dr. Willett provide practical plan of action to boost fertility, all the while educating readers with important information!
