I am totally satisfied with my Trek Desk. I have had a sedentary job for many years and this desk has changed my life for the positive. I can walk and work and feel so much better. My legs are getting stronger every day. I feel less tired and have more energy. I recommend it without reservation.

Great invention! I don’t even notice I’m walking while I’m working! Never had time for the Gym, and now I’ve had to buy a smaller belt! It’s Amazing!

I have been walking for three weeks with my Trek Desk and I
love it! I put a small desk in my office in case I wanted to sit – I
never use it. I walk anywhere from 4 – 9 miles a day and feel great.
I have given my employees the opportunity to have one as well. So far one person
seems interested and I will be ordering another desk for her.
I have type 1 diabetes and it has made a positive difference in managing my
sugar levels not to mention I have so much more energy and feel more productive.
Thanks for a well made, affordable product, the size is perfect. Assembly was easy, my
son assembled it. I can put my laptop, phone, files, just about everything that I had on my desk
on it. I do wish that it was available in a black formica model to match better in my
office.

I really wanted to love the TrekDesk. In fairness, they are to be commended for making a relatively affordable treadmill desk option. Unfortunately, this desk is only adequately made, takes up a ton of space and has weird assembly instructions. If you are looking for a desk that you can use for a treadmill, have a lot of space and a lot of patience for putting it together, this desk should be okay. But, while I think the whole treadmill desk thing is a great idea, it is much better if you can use the desk during the workday and then turn your treadmill into what it was supposed to do — give you a change to run at an incline at a decent pace, with the desk stowed away. Unfortunately, unless you live in a mansion or work in an executive corner office, this desk is far too big and awkward to let your treadmill do double duty. If you are serious about getting in shape, you want to run some, walk some and, quite frankly, sprint some. This desk will only get in the way.

I just took the time to write a blog post about this on myhealthgoal dot org blog because I just had to express the difference this TrekDesk has made in my life. I have gone from burning about 1.3 calories per minute sitting at the computer to 5 calories per minute using this. I burn about 500 extra calories every single day while working part time. You could easily walk off a pound of fat every week just by working on the treadmill using this desk. This is literally the best money I ever spent.
